CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling – Must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment to keep your deposit. Same-Day Cancel/Reschedule – Canceling or rescheduling the day of will result in losing your deposit. No Call / No Show 1st: You will be charged 50% of the service. 2nd: You will be charged 100% of the service booked and will no longer be able to book. No Refunds – No refunds on services or deposits for services and trainings.
